Funerals: Regulations & Exhortations
Description: We inevitably embark on the journey that begins in this life and extends into the grave, before our final abode in the hereafter. Along the way, we pass through stages of sickness, death, and the intermediate life in the grave (al-Barzakh). These are the subjects covered in "The Inevitable Journey," a series of four titles: I. Sickness: Regulations & Exhortations, II. The Islamic Will & Testament, III. Funeral Regulations, and IV. Life in al-Barzakh. This book is the third in the series, focusing on the occurrence of death and the associated lessons and regulations. It includes a near-complete translation of al-Albani's Ahkaam ul-Janaa'iz. Additionally, it offers extensive supplementary material and an enhanced presentation with tables and diagrams, making it a useful handbook, reference, and source of reflection on death. We believe this is the first book in English to present this material, based solely on authentic evidence, with such depth, breadth, and practicality. Indeed, we offer praise and thanks to Allah (SWT) for facilitating this.
